Trullo San Rocco is the ideal property for a family or small group as it can accomodate up to 4 people. It is situated in the area of Cisternino, close to Martina Franca and Locorotondo. The trullo is at the end of its own lane that means absolute privacy in an area surrounded by cherry, olive and fig trees

Trullo San Rocco has its private swimming pool that is overground with removable steps and a free wifi connection. This trullo house has been renovated from top to bottom without altering its original identity, from its old oak beams to its stone floors.

Trullo San Rocco has two bedrooms. One with a king size bed and one with twin beds, a spacious shower room, living room and fitted kitchen. Outside you can sunbathe and eat on the patio. There is a barbeque on the patio too and a large and separate shady area under the huge oak tree outside. The attached olive grove gives you extra space to relish the Puglian rural experience. As well as being a fantastic, hidden place to relax in this trullo is well placed for sightseeing trips to the rest of Puglia. It is situated in the centre of the Valle D’Itria triangle with easy access to the towns of Cisternino, Martina Franca and Locorotondo.

De trullo was precies zoals op de foto, schattig. De gastheer en gastvrouw waren zeer attent. We kwamen in het donker aan en ze hadden alvast iets te eten in huis gehaald, ook voor het ontbijt. De dag na aankomst heeft de gastheer ons (in zijn eigen auto) wat van de omgeving laten zien en hij gaf ons tips voor o.a. uitstapjes, restaurants en winkels.

The location is nearly perfect. Just one trullo as a direct neighbour, really quiet location during the day (some dogs barking and magpie noises during the night, but that’s part of the rural life… 🙂 The house is tastefully renovated, well equipped, clean… children appreciated the pool. The hosts were very nice and helpful. We arrived late at night, the provided supplies (incl. local wine) made it much easier for us to make breakfast next day without need to drive to town…
